Bio:
Lorrie Kennedy Pontius hails from Indianapolis, IN, but relocated to Auburn in 2001, when she married her husband, John. Together they own and operate Classic City Automotive (NAPA). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002 and has worked in the field for over twenty-two years. She is the mother of two college age children, and is a member of numerous local service clubs and philanthropic organizations. As Auburn’s Clerk-Treasurer, she will be responsible for the collection and disbursement of all city funds. Lorrie encourages her staff to be courteous, welcoming, and professional so that all Auburn residents feel comfortable while engaging with her office.
