Thursday, June 26, 2025SR8 ramp closure

AUBURN, Ind. — Interstate 69 ramp closures will continue this weekend as the Indiana Department of Transportation will once again close the northbound entrance and exit ramps Exit 329 (State Road 8).

Crews will continue concrete patching work on I-69 beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, June 27 and continuing through 7 a.m. Monday, June 30.

All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.

During the closures, drivers needing to access S.R. 8 from northbound I-69 should continue north on I-69 to Exit 334 (U.S. 6), exit the interstate and re-enter heading south to utilize southbound Exit 329. Drivers needing to head north on I-69 from S.R. 8 should head south on I-69, exit the interstate at Exit 326 (C.R. 11A) and then re-enter the interstate heading north.

Motorists may also seek an alternate route.

INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution, and driving distraction-free when travelling in and around all work zones.

Drivers on northbound I-69 should remain vigilant for traffic congestion and backups with the construction.
