The Department of Building, Planning and Development is seeking a City Planner. This position focuses on short-term planning through review of non-residential developments and subdivisions of land, as well as long-term planning. The City Planner will work directly with developers and other City departments.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in planning or a related field
  • 3 years of professional planning experience
  • American Institute of Certified Planners certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
