We are pleased to announce that, as of today, Auburn Essential Services has television as one of its product offerings! AES has been working on providing this valuable service for some time and appreciate your patience as we have worked through some challenges, which we’ve tried to keep you abreast of along the way via this blog. But now that we’re able to make television generally available, we wholeheartedly anticipate our customers will find it worth the wait!

We’ve been itching to get television out in the market as much as you’ve expected it. We weren’t willing to do that until we were 100 percent confident that we could offer you a high-quality product, complete with choices to fit a variety of needs. After all, we’re not just another TV provider. AES is your community network and a true community asset.

In addition to delivering a high quality service at a competitive rate, we have taken great effort to design a very intentional and controlled rollout that allows us to balance the demand of installation with quality deployment in accordance with AES’ values. That’s why you won’t see a lot of advertising just yet. We’re more focused on completing the hundreds of installations already scheduled.

Over the past few months, we’ve installed TV in the homes of our beta testers. (If you know one, they’re great resources of information about the AES TV experience.) Now, we’re focused on installing television in the homes of hundreds of customers who contacted us over the past year to express interest in TV service. At the same time, we are installing TV (and other AES services like phone and high-speed Internet) in homes located in newly constructed fiber areas.
