Welcome to eServices - the City of Auburn's self-service portal to Municipal Services Billing.  Via eServices you can review account information, past and current bills, and make online payments.

Please follow the instructions below to gain access to your Municipal Utilities (Electric, Water, Sewer, Refuse) and/or Auburn Essential Services (Internet, Phone) services information.   

1. To access your eService account, you will need your account number and a PIN.  You can get your account # from the top of your bill statement. But you will need to acquire your PIN by contacting our office.  Just fill out the short PIN request form - allow up to 48 business hours for a response.    
   
   You will receive an email from eServices@ci.auburn.in.us - we encourage you to add this email address to your Safe Senders junk mail filter (or equivalent).   
   
   
   
   
   

2. Once you have your account number and PIN, go to the City’s eServices Portal website for Municipal Services, located at  https://eservices.ci.auburn.in.us/esuite.Utilities/
   
   






3. Once you log in, you can access account summary, view past bills, review account history and inspect consumption details and trends. Please contact us should you have any questions or trouble using this website.  
   
   
   
   

4. Notes about using this service...
   
   You will need Acrobat Reader installed to view the bill.   You can get this software for free at www.adobe.com
   
   If paying your bill online, a 2% convenience fee will be applied.  To learn about other bill payment options, you can visit the Utility Billing website, or contact us via email at UtilityBilling@ci.auburn.in.us.
