Earn Cash this Summer Working at the Park

The Auburn Parks & Recreation is accepting applications for seasonal employees; positions include parks maintenance, pool lifeguards, and front desk and concessions individuals for the pool.

Maintenance Employees
Minimum requirements include 18 years of age have the ability to perform general park maintenance, cleaning and security. Interested candidates must be available for weekends and evenings.

Lifeguards
Minimum requirements include 16 years of age and lifeguard certification. The YMCA of DeKalb County is offering certification classes starting March 2nd, 2012. Call Lynn Shonka at 260-925-9622 for more information.  Interested candidates must be available for weekends and evenings.

Front Desk / Concession Employees
Minimum requirements include 16 years of age and have the ability to work both areas front desk and concession stand. Interested candidates must be available for weekends and evenings.

Applications are available at the Parks Office 1500 S. Cedar St or the Clerk Treasurer Office 210 E. 9th St. or download our application and bring it in. Deadline for applications is April 20, 2012.
