Provide Board of Zoning Appeals staff support. 

Provide Plan Commission staff support. 

Administer Zoning Ordinance. 

Respond to citizen inquiries and requests.

Assist citizens with City review and approval processes. 

Administer annexation and rezoning processes. 

Perform inspections. 

Administer Community Grants in cooperation with Mayor’s Office and Clerk-Treasurer’s Office. 

Administer special assessment and reimbursement projects.
