Plan Review
AS of 1 February 2008
The Auburn Building, Planning and
Development Department is
requiring,
in addition to the required
number of Blue Print sets, the same print submittal (one only) in the ".PDF"
format ; preferably sized to the hardcopy submittal size
print.
The non - preferred
CAD
format is also acceptable, but will however delay processing due to
conversion.
Note
: All Infrastructure plans are first to be directed to the
Engineering Department of the City of Auburn.

as determined by the Administrator
Prerequisites
The
Process
1)
Submit local review application and required project plans and specs
to the Department of Building,
Planning & Development
2)
Schedule
meeting date for submittal
3)
Attend meeting on date and time assigned - if you so chose (not
required)
4)
Receive (via fax) results of Local Plan Review
5) If
accepted you may pull
required
permits, provided all other conditions are completed. If changes
are required you must reschedule and resubmit the required changes
for acceptance before any permits can be issued.
6)The
City of Auburn reserves the right to extend the local plan reviews
deadline dependent on the complexity of the project and to limit the
number of items on the agenda.
*Separate
Electrical,
Plumbing
and
Fire Suppression permits are required.
*Separate
Foundation permit may be required.
*Separate
Driveway Approach permits are required from Engineering
Department
