AES installations are in full swing! With our triple play of services—phone, Internet and now television—we’re increasing the number of subscribers and have been quite busy the past several months, bringing homes and businesses onto Your Community Network.
As a result, I thought it would be a good time to share about our installation field team with current and potential subscribers. These highly-trained professionals—who have been involved in the city’s fiber construction and roll-out—handle all field installations and service calls at homes and businesses of AES subscribers.
I have complete faith in these individuals installing AES services in my own home—even with my own concern for wiring our century old home. I hope you will have the same level of confidence. In fact, I think you’ll find them to be knowledgeable, courteous and terrific examples of what AES is all about.
They extend the great customer service you first receive when you call AES. In fact, they collaborate closely with our in-house customer service team so by the time they arrive at your home or business, they are well-versed on your needs and any potential concerns. And they do everything they can—often above and beyond—to ensure your installation experience is a positive one.
We hear repeatedly how painless installation was because of their efforts. I’m pleased to say, most of the time, our subscribers have an installation experience similar to that of Chris and Beth Bolinger. (You may remember I talked about them in my blog a couple weeks ago. With a 100-year-old house, the Bolingers knew installation could be tricky. They were pleasantly surprised, however, with the AES installer’s knowledge in dealing with an older home.
“It was clear that Justin knew exactly what he was doing. The thick concrete walls were not an issue for them. They knew exactly how to deal with it,” Chris recalls. “He took the time to do it right and didn’t leave a mess or anything behind. He and his assistants were very nice and professional.”
