We’ve been made aware of fraudulent activity on the Internet that is misrepresenting AES. Some of our customers are receiving survey pop-ups on their web browser inviting them to complete a survey for a chance to win a prize, such as a laptop or smartphone. These surveys are a scam and not from AES.
The scam alerts may look like the images below.
As a reminder, we communicate with our customers through email, bill inserts or blogs like this one. If you ever receive something and are unsure if it is from AES, please contact us for verification. You can communicate with us through one of the following ways:
