AES TV Survey
THE REQUEST
Please take a few moments to tell us about your TV channel needs and
expectations. It is our goal to deliver the best TV channel lineup,
picture quality, advanced features, user experience, and customer service
possible as we prepare to bring a new choice for TV to the Auburn community.
Your investment in this survey will make a difference, and we are thankful you
are willing to assist us.
The survey is taken online and will take approximately 5
to 25 minutes, depending on your channel interest. Detailed instructions on
answering the survey questions will be provided once you log in. Please
follow the instructions below to gain access to the survey home page.

WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU
START
You will need your Utility Account & PIN # assigned by the
City of Auburn. NOTE: If you can already view your utility bill
online, you already have the login credentials required! If you do
not yet have your User Account & PIN, you can request one at the
eService PIN Request page.
GETTING STARTED
Once you have your City assigned
Account # and PIN, you can proceed to the AES
Services Home Page.
Click to go there now. Once you arrive, click the "AES TV Channel Survey"
link on the left.

You will be prompted for credentials. Your login will be in the form of
<Utility Account>@auburn-net.local Use the 4 digit PIN provided to you as
the password.
Example
Once you are logged in,
please read the survey introduction and begin taking the survey by clicking
"Respond to this Survey".

Remember, you can also gain online
access to your Auburn Utility and AES Accounts to view account history, view
bills, and make payments with this same Account ID and PIN by visiting
